The Blue House has been designed and renovated for one purpose only – to create a great place for people to come and holiday. The position of the house is great, it is only a few meters to the water via a private access track from the back gate and is only a very short drive to some of Tasmania’s best treasures.

Situated where the sheltered waters of the Swan River meet Great Oyster Bay, The Blue House is perfectly positioned to enjoy both ocean and river activities.

Whether you’ve come to put your feet up and relax or come for an adventure packed holiday, The Blue House is your perfect base.

The Blue House is perfectly set up for a travelling couple looking for a quiet romantic getaway or a family looking for an action packed adventure. When you book, you are booking the house – not just a room, so you have total privacy and are not sharing with anyone else!

• A single trundle bed

All linen and towels are supplied so you only need to bring yourself.
A travel cot and high chair is supplied free of charge, but we do ask guests to please bring their own linen for the travel cot.
