Moana View is a comfortable 3 bedroom house on two levels. The top level has wonderful views south across Black Point, Great Oyster Bay, then the entire Freycinet Peninsula, with Schouten and Maria Islands beyond. Our safe local beach is a 10 minute walk along Oyster Bay Court and a waterfront track. The house is suitable for two couples travelling together or for a couple with up to 4 children.

Two bedrooms have pillow topped queen beds and the third has twins. Linen and towels (including beach towels) are supplied. A large open plan kitchen and dining area is equipped with a wall oven, electric hot plates, microwave, fridge and freezer, cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, glasses, tea towels and washing up requisites. Wood is supplied for a Coonara heater for cooler winter evenings. Two Dimplex heaters can be used wherever they are needed.

In the bathroom you’ll find a bath, basin, shower and hairdryer, also a trough and washing machine – handy when children have returned from the beach covered in sand. There’s a separate toilet and an outside clothes line.

Upstairs is a large living area with 2 futons, beer fridge and large indoor/outdoor dining setting. This area opens onto a huge front deck with a gas barbecue, perfect for summer meals. There’s a sheltered downstairs deck with a swinging seat.
