Waubs Harbour Distillery sits on the edge of the ocean in Bicheno, Tasmania. Once an old oyster hatchery, now a world-class, ocean-cooled distillery making award-winning maritime Tasmanian single malt whisky.

A Tasmanian family distillery, their vision was to create a truly maritime Tasmanian single malt whisky that not only embraces but encourages the influence of their wild, coastal provenance, made meticulously and with intention to be rich, oily and distinctively their own.

A full tour of our distillery, beginning in our Production Building and Bond Stores (barrel warehouses), concluding with a guided tasting of our recently released whisky tastings in our ocean-view Tasting Room. $70

A guided tasting of our recently released whiskies, with an insight into who we are & why we do what we do, set in our ocean-view Tasting Room. $40
