APLITE HOUSE sits amongst two hundred acres of secluded forest, surrounded
by the world renowned Freycinet National Park. Conveniently located
along the “Great Eastern Drive” on the Freycinet Peninsula, between Coles
Bay and Bicheno at Friendly Beaches. It is a short drive to Friendly
Beaches, Coles Bay, Bicheno, Wineglass Bay bush walk, Cape Tourville
Lighthouse and East Coast Vineyards, along with the many other activities
the region offers.
Overlooking Moulting Lagoon Conservation area and neighbouring the pristine
Friendly Beaches, Aplite House is a sanctuary in the heart of one of
Australia’s iconic landscapes. The property is home to a diverse range of
flora and fauna including orchids, tasmanian devils, wombats, possums,
wallabies, quolls and wedge tail eagles.
Architecturally designed by Stephen Geason and complimented with works by
Tasmanian artists.
Aplite House is a completely solar powered, self catering, luxury eco
accommodation experience.
