Cantilevered over the high water mark and with the water lapping underneath your bedroom you can’t get much more waterfront than this! Picnic Island is home to hundreds of penguins and shearwaters that return to the island each night to feed their chicks. We often see dolphins, seals and even whales cruising around the island.

Accommodation is in five king double bedrooms which can be configured into twin king singles if required. The “Birdhouse” features comfy leather couches, a suspended fireplace and a well fitted out kitchen. We have a good library of reference books and plenty of old school board games if you can drag yourself away from the views.
