Hobart Airport is located 17 kms east of Hobart’s CBD, Qantas, Jetstar and Virgin Australia operate daily services. Launceston Airport is located 12km south of Launceston’s CBD, around about a 15 minute drive. Jetstar, Qantas and Virgin Australia operate daily services into Launceston: from Melbourne the flight is 45 minutes, Sydney 1.5 hours, Brisbane 2.5 hours. Flights from other parts of Australia connect you through Sydney or Melbourne.
